Boat Trip 2013

This year we went on a houseboat trip with our friends.  Five days kid-free was something that none of us were used to but absence makes the heart grow founder, right!

We had fun and relaxing time on the lake.  Each day we (as in Jason, the only one that could actually drive the boat!) would drive the boat until we found a nice place to dock for the afternoon and evening.   After that we would float around on the tubes until the sun went down.  And we would spend the nights in the hot tub.

Each day we ended up with a theme.  The first night was "glow night" and we all wore glow necklaces and glasses.  How cool are we ;)

The next day was a twist on an Ugly Christmas Sweater party.  We all wore Ugly Summer Outfits.  We didn't end up with a group photo of all the guys, only the early birds.  Don't be jealous!

And finally we had Hawaiian day.  As you can see, by this point, we were stretching to make a theme of the day! (Can't you see that Carrie is wearing a lei!)
