The boys both took karate again this summer and really loved it. Conner was able to advance to a orange belt with a white stripe. I just love watching him work so hard to get all of the moves just right! And I love that he doesn't seem to get too frustrated when he doesn't get something on the first try, like breaking the board. He just simply tries again and usually gets it :)
This time Carter was testing for a yellow belt with a black stripe. He also did a great job and showed so much focus during the testing. I do think that he was disappointed to see that at his level, he wouldn't be breaking a board.
