I heard through the grapevine that Santa would be visiting Blake's Orchard on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, so we stopped by for a visit. Conner was a little nervous to talk to Santa and wasn't sure what to ask for, so Santa promised to surprise him on Christmas morning. Carter, on the other hand, knew exactly what he wanted to ask for :)
Later in the afternoon we went to cut down our Christmas tree. The boys walked around the lot while I waited for a wagon. By the time I got one they had found the perfect tree!
After three years of Josh cutting the tree down by hand, and the two of us getting it up on the roof of the car, we decided to bring in reinforcements. We brought a chainsaw and our friend Dave to help this year :) The only downside was that the chainsaw was too loud for Conner!
Josh and Dave brought it in the house and we got to decorating! The boys were so excited because they were even able to climb up on the ladder this year :)
