Downtown Disney

The way these web posts are spread out it seems as though our vacation lasted forever!  Our flight home from vacation didn't take off until 7:30 in the evening and we had to be out of our hotel by 10am so we decided to spend the day at the free Downtown Disney park.  It was a fun place to waste some time before we had to be at the airport.

The Lego store was one of our first stops.  I love seeing huge creations made out of those little blocks!

 We told Carter he could pick one thing to buy that  day.  He was pretty sure he wanted to get a Lego toy, but had a really hard time narrowing it down.  There were just too many choices!

 

We planned on having dinner at the T-Rex cafe before we had to leave, but when it came time to eat, the boys got a little too scared to go in.  It was a bit scary seeing all of those huge dinosaurs in the dark restaurant so we just skipped past that step and ate somewhere else.

In the mean time, we just wandered around the park.  There was so much to see!

This was such a wonderful family vacation!  It was a nice break from our routine.
