Happy Thanksgiving!

Last year for Thanksgiving I ran in the Turkey Trot for the sole purpose of getting Josh to bring us to Detroit to watch America's Thanksgiving Day Parade.  Sometimes you pay a high price to make these things happen!  But it was all worth it, because we all had a great time and this year Carter was so excited to sit on the couch with me Thanksgiving morning and watch the parade.  The whole time he was trying to remember which floats we saw last year and which ones were new.  It was a great way to start off our busy Thanksgiving day.

After we watched Santa drive by, we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Biskey's house to fill our bellies.  As always, we had a great time hanging out with our family.  We stayed there for most of the afternoon, but after a certain point Carter couldn't stand being apart from his very best buddy, Landon.  So we said our goodbyes and headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Kirkbride's house.

Carter and Conner had a great time playing with Owen, Addy, and Landon until way past all of their bedtimes.  So much so, that we barely even saw them unless they wanted a snack or something to drink!  It was a very fun, relaxing holiday for us.  We feel so lucky to have been able to spend it with both of our families!

Happy Thanksgiving!
